Title: Property Consultant

Location Beijing:
Stipend: RMB1000-2000/m
Duration: 2-3months
Company: It is one of the largest real estate consulting companies, providing both consulting and property management services to high-end individual customers and cooperate clients at one stop.

Your responsibilities:
1. To conduct inspections for potential clients,
2. To negotiate for the highest achievable rentals and term,
3. To understand and forwards more complex messages and instructions and takes action accordingly,
4. To assist with preparation and submission of Tenancy Agreement, LOI, Term Sheet and Commission Letters,
5. To actively follow up with business leads and or referrals from either external or internal sources,
6. To receive or send out messenger/courier items,
7. To perform miscellaneous job duties assigned.

Your profile:
1. Sales/rent experience in luxury residential (apartments and villas) and offices is preferred,
2. Priority: two years working experience in sales or Hotels,
3. Responsible, sociable, honest, hard working and service-oriented,
4. Strong ability in communication in Mandarin and English,
5. Able to work under high pressure,
6. Able to accept over-time work,
7. Enthusiastic team player with excellent organizational and communication skills,
8. Speaking both Chinese and English.


Title: Marketing & Sales Interns

Location: Beijing/shanghai
Duration: At least 2 months
Company: One of the largest real estate consulting companies in China, focusing on providing professional residential relocation service to the expatriate communities and outsourcing relocation services for corporate clients. It also provides consulting services in diverse areas extending from residential, property management and commercial leasing.

Your responsibilities:
1. To work in a growing sales team with the purpose of creating and maintaining a sales pipeline of prospects within the designated market segment(s),
2. To identify research and target prospective business and market segments using all available means, so as to ensure all sales team targets,
(including your own targets) are met and surpassed where possible,
3. To build decision-making level relationships with prospects to understand their business needs in relation to their use of language and cultural training,
4. To work closely with the client services team to ensure clients are being managed within their expectations and that any issues and opportunities are handled appropriately.

Your profile:
1. Fluent in English with some Chinese, preferably bilingual in both Chinese and English,
2. Major in sales or marketing or business-related majors,

3. Easygoing and proactive personalities.
